At the seminar you will gain in-depth knowledge of anatomy, human physiology and biochemistry, in the field of muscular activity. Learn to Diagnose Pastural Disorders, practice PIR techniques for all muscle groups, learn how to safely help your patients.

The workshop program:

  1. Human musculoskeletal system. Human myofascial structure.
  2. Neurological and biochemical causes of hypo and hyper muscle tone. The concept of trigger points.
  3. Muscle interaction. Concepts of synergy, antagonism, proprioception, reflex inhibition.
  4. Visual signs of suboptimal static position. Criteria for Specific Shortened and Relaxed Muscles, functional blocks and local hypermobility of individual joints.
  5. Cross syndromes: upper, lower, laminate.
  6. Practical application of manual muscle testing.
  7. Types of muscle-energy techniques.
  8. Indications and contraindications
  9. Practicing post-isometric relaxation techniques for all muscle groups.
  10. Separate tricks for working with trigger points.
