3. Positioning of arms and body.
4. Principles of performing Thai massage: transferring body weight in different positions.

День второй

Теоретическая часть
1. Тайский массаж как духовная практика. Состояние метта. Практика погружения. Mantra to the founder of Thai medicine, Dr. Shivago Kumarpai.
2. Tempo of movements and breathing technique during Thai massage.
3. Nine Keys to Good Learning and Improvement in Thai Massage Techniques.
4. Indications and contraindications. Ограничения и предостережения. Что можно делать, а чего нельзя и почему.
5. Energy hygiene. Правила собственной безопасности. Простые приемы защиты и очищения тонких тел.
6. Reception “Open Wind Gate” - opening the gate of the winds. Positive effect and contraindications.
Практическая часть
