Payment and return (Robokassa)

1. General provisions
This section describes the procedure for paying for services and returning funds for Clients
MCPRM LLC (INN 7719040652, OGRN 1167746249340). Conditions are an integral part
Public offer/offer agreement and apply to all payments on the https website://www.cprm.ru.

2. TERMS OF PAYMENT
2.1. Payment for services is made according to the model 100% prepayment.
2.2. Payment methods: MIR bank cards, Visa, Mastercard, SBP and other methods,
available in the ROBOKASSA payment gateway.
2.3. Payments are accepted and processed on the secure side of ROBOKASSA;
Bank card details are not transferred to the Seller.
2.4. Payment currency - Russian ruble (RUB). The order amount and contents are displayed before payment.
2.5. Upon successful payment, a cash receipt is generated in accordance with 54-FZ and sent by e-mail,
specified by the Client.
2.6. The moment of debiting funds is immediately after confirmation of the transaction by the Client.
2.7. Taxation - according to the applicable taxation system of MCPRM LLC (under the simplified tax system - without VAT).
2.8. The cost of services is indicated on the website for each tariff/product.

3. PROVISION OF SERVICES
3.1. Type of service: digital services/online services/subscription (specify under your services).
3.2. Access activation occurs automatically after successful payment.
3.3. For individual services, requiring manual processing, activation period can be up to 24 hours.
3.4. The fact of service provision is confirmed by activation of access and/or sending service data
(login/password/key/license) to the Client's e-mail.

4. REFUND
4.1. Returns are possible in cases:
— technical error when writing off (in t.ch. double write-off);
— impossibility of providing services due to the fault of the Contractor;
— non-provision of services (access not granted).
4.2. Refunds are made to the same payment instrument, from which payment was made.

indicating the order number, dates and amounts of payment, Full name/company name and reasons for contacting.
4.4. The deadline for consideration of the application is until 10 working days; The crediting period depends on the issuing bank.
4.5. Partial refund possible, if the service has not been fully used and this is permitted by the rules
corresponding tariff. The amount of the refund is determined in proportion to the unused portion.
4.6. If the service has already been provided/access activated/license issued, refund for the period used
not produced, Except, expressly provided by law or these terms and conditions.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWAL (if applicable)
5.1. Auto-renewal can be disabled in your personal account/via support until the next debit.
5.2. After debiting, access is valid until the end of the paid period; refund for the period already paid
not produced, unless otherwise provided by the tariff or law.
5.3. Deleting the application/non-use of the service is not grounds for a refund.
