– It has always been important to help people, – says Olga. – I have always felt the need for social work, I liked to reconcile conflicts, solve problems, console. When I was 14 years, my grandfather was seriously ill, then the grandmother. And I deliberately took over most of the care for loved ones: change clothes, ensure hygiene, feed.
In 19 years, Olga gave birth to her first child. The boy has cerebral palsy was diagnosed.
– As a child, her son had to work very hard, to correct this birth. Many predicted his life in a wheelchair. But we did not give up. And now people, I am looking at my son, do not even know about the presence of the diagnosis.
Amcheslavsky worked since the first degree. In 2014, Olga headed the International Center for Training and Development of Massage therapists. Olga from the beginning laid the center's work and the social component. For example, today MTSPRM are trained not only to ordinary people, but also people with disabilities (by ear, visually impaired). And they are learning in the general groups, no one shuts off the regular students.
And graduates with disabilities in employment help center.
– we are seeking, so that health restrictions cease to be restrictions on people’s professional fulfillment… Another of our projects is called “Massage will save the world”. Our students work as volunteers, therapists in children's homes, rehabilitation centers – help children, who require therapeutic massage.
Olga Amcheslavskaya notes the openness of the Moscow authorities to business and support programs for entrepreneurs.
– Some of our employees studied in free educational programs for small and medium-sized businesses, – says Amcheslavskaya. – It all works.
