У каждого из нас есть свое окончание фразы: “You can endlessly look at the fire, water and…”.

Guests, who attended the presentation of Ruta Stratkauskienė’s technique, founder of the Holisticmassage school in Lithuania, teacher of holistic massage CPRM, know for sure, that the phrase should end with the words: “and how to conduct a holistic massage”. And this, perhaps, a very appropriate ending to the aphorism.

Presentation of Ruta Stratkauskienė’s methodology took place 3 November in the cozy “Derzhavny” hall of the RSSU House of Culture. Ruta told the guests about the origins of the technique, about your journey in massage. Talked about the connection between soul and body, about the importance of a massage therapist’s work not only with the body, but also with the patient's feelings. And also about that, that real specialists know how to perform massage, without saying words: "Please, relax".

With responsible training, a holistic massage master knows how to do this delicately, high quality and efficient. In real time, everyone could appreciate the impressive effect on a person of such an integrated approach. Interaction with the client at seven levels of feelings. Customizing your sense of smell, sound, taste, color, touch, intuition. And important, seventh sense: smile, client's self-love.

The smell of fresh apples was in the air, Ruta treated them to everyone present. Demonstration performances by graduates of the “Master of RS holistic massage” course were accompanied by the aroma of candles, live music. Every movement of the graduate massage therapists was clear, graceful, verified. Even observing the massage procedure, preparing the workplace, at the end of the procedure caused amazing emotions among the guests, almost physically felt relaxation of the body, recuperation, harmonization of mental state. What can we say about models?, most of whom literally fell asleep on massage tables with snow-white sheets and light blankets, accompanied by live performance of compositions on violin and piano.

After the performance, everyone was treated to a buffet with sweets and the national Lithuanian dessert “Šakotis”, autograph session and the opportunity to personally communicate with the amazing Ruta, author of the methodology, an excellent specialist, deep and sensitive person.
