You will get acquainted and master all the basic techniques of working in Thai massage: finger pressing, hands, elbow, forearm, knees and feet, working with energy lines; body stretches – reminiscent of yoga exercises; work with joints, work with the circulatory system. We will work with different body positions of the patient: lying on the back, on lives, lying on your side and sitting.

Work occurs at all levels of functioning of the body, which allows you to firmly consolidate the achieved results. Thai massage is especially effective in correcting posture (structural-integral therapy) and ailments, associated with body asymmetry.

Classes are conducted by Ivan Smirnov, a certified instructor in hatha yoga and Thai yoga massage., Second level certificate from Chiang Mai School of Thai Massage (Thai Massage School of Chiang Mai). Lived and practiced abroad for a long time.
