31 July (medium) Center for Training and Development Massage Therapists invites all interested persons to attend classes in Creative Dance.
This is a special kind of bodywork (at the intersection of dance and dance therapy), appeared in the second half of the twentieth century and marked by Barbara Mettler, where the main emphasis is on natural human movements and free expression.

Why do massage therapists need this??

The answer is simple: for that, so that clients see you as energetic and fit. Agree, that this is important. You yourself are looking with suspicion, let's say, to a cosmetologist, who suffers from acne, or a neurologist, whose hands are shaking. Going to such a specialist is not only unpleasant, but sometimes it's scary. So before you put someone else's body in order, let's do our thing properly.

What will we do in class??

The first part of the lesson will be an introduction to such soft bodily techniques, like bodywork. We will make sure, that we can very easily restore our strength ourselves, without resorting to the help of another massage therapist. And most importantly, we will find out, how to save these forces and leave the session cheerful and full.

The second part of our lesson will be dedicated to dance.. (I draw your attention, that in this work it is not necessary to have dance experience!). We will live and analyze the topic “Meeting and interaction”.

What to take with you?

– comfortable for dancing, loose clothes
– on feet - socks
– notepad and pen
– good mood)
