Its participants will be famous professional doctors, famous athletes, leading Russian and foreign experts in the field of massage, bathrooms, preventive medicine, famous bloggers, representatives of sanatorium-resort institutions, specialized diagnostic, medicinal, rehabilitation and health centers, insurance companies, specialized media.

The festival program includes a round table of doctors from the “It’s Time to Be Treated Correctly” program, presentations on various topics, for example: “Modern approaches to the prevention of cardiovascular diseases”, "About hormones, love and women's health", "Detox as a way of life", presentation of the thermal center PALAZZO TERMALE (Italy), authorgaf sessions, online broadcasts, prize draws from the Voluntary Physical Education Union and the Irina Slutskaya Nordic Walking School, Nordic walking master classes, Massage: "Healthy spine", “Acupressure self-massage for headaches and stress”, “Comprehensive restoration of physical and emotional state”, including with international participation.

In order to popularize medical tourism in Russia, check-up areas for examination of exhibition visitors will be organized with the participation of leading federal medical centers – FSBI "National Medical Research Center for Cardiology" of the Ministry of Health of Russia and FSBI "National Medical Research Center for Rehabilitation and Balneology" of the Ministry of Health of Russia (Further – Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Medical Research Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Health of Russia). The following activities will be held at the stand of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "National Medical Research Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Health of Russia: express diagnostics to detect osteoporosis (densitometry) and metabolic syndrome, express consultations with an endocrinologist to identify the risks of developing diseases, wellness massage of the collar area, diagnostics on the stabiloplatform, a device for determining imbalances in the human body, exercise sessions in a virtual reality system (Kinect и Xnbox) – virtual reality simulators with biofeedback.

The International Center for the Training and Development of Massage Therapists, with the support of Expocentre JSC, will hold an Anti-Stress Day, during which visitors will receive practical advice on countering the “burnout syndrome” and increasing the efficiency of the company by reducing the level of emotional burnout of managers and employees, and will also demonstrate unique effective massage techniques, which you can do yourself at home.

Original bath complexes for traditional Russian healing without medications will be presented by the National Bath Association of Russia. As part of the “Bath Day”, the best masters of the Russian bath will conduct seminars and master classes, dedicated to diagnosing visitors, preparation and maintenance of the bath complex, healthy eating, preparing herbs and aromatic oils, phytotherapies. The program includes a parade of bath complexes, award ceremony for the winners of the Prize of the Year.
