Summer, Sun, rain, rainbow, smiling people, competitions in 11 sports, a lot of massage, delicious treats, funny music, призы, подарки, holiday! This is how Luzhniki will be remembered 20 July 2019 year.

Volunteers of the CPRM project “Massage will save the world” helped the Organizing Committee of the annual Spartakiad “Komus” save the world from boredom, Diseases, bad mood!

Spartakiad itself, perhaps, a well-known company in the country for the production and sale of office supplies, collected on its sites onlyabout energetic and positive athletes and fans. The atmosphere was so hot, that the rain was unable to break it.

CPRM volunteers managed to give an orderly massage 150 athletes and then watched with excitement the boys’ victories.
Why does the CPRM consider it important to support amateur sports?? Because this is a wonderful example of a healthy attitude towards life., self-development, motivation, switching skills, relax and enjoy.
