23 December 2019. the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation held a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the All-Russian action "DOBROPOEZD".

Slutskaya Irina E. and Gurtskaya Gudaevna Diane talked about the concept of the All-Russian action "DOBROPOEZD", whose primary purpose is – improving conditions to achieve maximum physical, psychological, social adaptation of people with disabilities, through the implementation of a set of project activities to introduce successful practices and methodologies in the regions of the Russian Federation.

Natalya Valerievna Krel presented a report “On the results of the work of experts in carrying out activities on ensuring the normal life of people with disabilities, implementation of the “Accessible Environment” program, development of systemic projects in the field of culture, спорта, training and employment of people with disabilities within the framework of the All-Russian campaign “WELCOME TRAIN”.

As always, Natalya Valerievna’s speech was structured, understandable, and the information received aroused interest and a desire to support “DOBROPEZD”.

Shmilovich Arkady Lipovich spoke about the importance of society understanding such concepts, how psychohygiene, psychoprophylaxis and psychoeducation.
