Another powerful event-week under the sign of "Abilimpiks".

Training camps of the National team were held at the site of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of the All-Russian Children's Center "Smena" in Anapa with 16 by 20 December 2019.

The participants were 330 person from 39 regions and regions of Russia.

As part of the educational program, together with mentors and experts, participants developed their cross-professional skills: on team building, leadership, project work, creative thinking, art therapy and time management.

Experts worked in competency groups and developed projects, related to the preparation of candidates for the Abilympics National Team. Team brainstorming allowed everyone to dive deeper into the problems of the project and take into account different approaches, learn the specifics of other competencies, exchange practical experience, weed out what is unnecessary and introduce what is needed. The developers took into account many nuances: features of nosology, professions and specialties of participants. A special criterion for projects was compliance with international requirements for competencies and accepted standards. Project of our working group (which included Charykova Svetlana Viktorovna, Boyarkina Lyudmila Nikolaevna, Berezovskaya Natalya Nikolaevna, Vasenkova Natalya Anatolevna, Dvoryankova Maria Vladimirovna, Chepanova Elena Vasilevna, Амчеславская Ольга Вячеславовна) we did it using the example of the MASSAGE PROFESSIONAL competency, the main expert of which is Melnik Vladislav Vladimirovich.

Many thanks to the organizers of the training camps for the idea of ​​​​teamwork of experts from different competencies.

This tactic allowed us to achieve significant professional results – under the leadership of the director of the national center "Abilimpix" Dina Rafikovna Makeeva, The defense of the project “Methodology for preparing candidates for the national team of competitions “Abilimpix” using the example of the MASSAGE THERE competence” took place. Experts, presenting your presentations, answered questions from the representative of the Ministry of Education Irina Eduardovna Fayzulina.

Also present at the defense of the projects were::

– Head of Department of the State Budgetary Institution of Moscow "City Psychological and Pedagogical Center of the Department of Education and Science of the City of Moscow" Alena Vasilievna Krivenko.
