Muscle-fascial release - a method of healing effects on body tissues, having plasticity. These include muscles, ligament, фасции, vessels, major nerves and internal organs. In the direct approach, dysfunctional areas of the body are stretched, in the indirect approach, areas of the body are compressed.
From anatomy courses, we are accustomed to perceiving joints as connections of bones without taking into account the surrounding tissues. But, joint, as part of the musculoskeletal system cannot be considered separately from the surrounding muscles, ligaments and fascia, components of the joint capsule and additional elements (joint capsule), and also without blood vessels, lymphatic ducts and nerves. The presence of dysfunction in any place and link of the joint can lead to disruption of biomechanics, limited mobility, the appearance of pain and the development of joint diseases - arthritis and arthrosis.
In the spinal motion segment, the connection of the vertebrae is also a combination of movable and semi-fixed joints - diarthrosis (facet joint) and symphysis (disk connection). With the development of dysfunction in the joints themselves or surrounding soft tissues, muscle-fascial blocks are formed, leading to the appearance of protrusions, hernias and osteochondrosis.
The indirect MPR technique is successfully used to remove muscle-fascial blocks in spinal motion segments and joints. This leads to an improvement in the condition of the joint and PMS, restoration of mobility, alignment and congruence of articular surfaces, improving blood supply and nutrition of tissues and bones, forming a joint.
Using tests, weak links in the kinematic chain of the spine and underlying supporting joints are determined, relationship between weak links and other dysfunctions, an algorithm is being drawn up for their development using MFR techniques and vibration-point osteopathic effects of liquid pumping of tissues. This complex effect improves the condition of the spine as a whole and leads to improved posture., getting rid of postural syndrome.
Purpose of the program – training students in the MFR technique for working with joints and spinal motion segments in combination with the osteopathic technique of vibration-point liquid pumping of tissues, techniques for functional and osteopathic testing of the condition of the spine and PDS, drawing up a program for working out the identified weak links in the musculoskeletal system.

Study of the atlas and axis zones.
Studying the spinal motion segments of the thoracic spine and spinal-costal joints.
Working out the spinal motion segments of the lumbar region.
Treatment of the sacroiliac and sacrococcygeal joints.
Working out the hips, knee and ankle joints.
Working out the joints and joints of the foot.
2 occupation.
Theory.
Techniques for testing the condition of the spine, spinal motion segments and connections. Types and causes of poor posture. External examination to determine poor posture.
Practice.
Examination and testing of standing posture. Testing the Atlanta and Axis zones. Sacroiliac joint flexion test. Sacrococcygeal junction test. Leg length test. Test of the influence of the pelvis on the difference in leg length. Definitions of oblique and twisted position of the pelvic bones.
Tests of mobility of the paravertebral joint in the supine position - test for swelling of the paravertebral muscles, joint game test, rolling test. Identification of areas of hypertonicity of the multifidus muscle, iliocostalis and longissimus muscles. Selection of the actual zone of development of the PDS using the inhibitory balance test. Drawing up a sequence for working out dysfunctional parts of the musculoskeletal system.
Working through the identified weak points of the musculoskeletal system using the techniques of MFR and vibration-point liquid pumping previously studied in the 1st lesson.
Repeated testing of spinal motion segments and external examination of posture.
