Fascial testing – quick search and study of dysfunctions

There is a myth in society, that, reaching the pinnacle of his professional growth, massage master with a single touch on the body of the client can feel all the places of tension, relieve pain and improve condition in one, two sessions. Actually, as practice shows, it's not a myth, but reality. Reality, having a natural scientific explanation without mystification. At the same time, the massage master does not rely on his intuition., energy and perception (perception), but on developed tissue sensitivity. In this case,, information about the presence of dysfunction sites in the body is contained and manifested in a change in the mobility of the fascial layer. The fascial layer with all its transitions forms a three-dimensional matrix – cobweb, pervading the whole body. In that place, where there is a malfunction of any part of the body, the mobility of the fascia changes and rigidity and dense immobility of the fascia appear, which is easily determined by palpation.

There are a number of tests, identifying areas of fascial immobility, corresponding to places of dysfunction. In addition, osteopathic approaches contain knowledge about complex relationships and the development of dysfunctions, having hierarchical influence relative to each other. Current ones are highlighted, compensatory and basic (root cause) dysfunction. Dysfunctions can also be active or latent..

A unique set of dysfunctions for each person with its own history of formation and development of relationships forms a protective muscular-fascial armor, shackling and enslaving the client's body. The resulting blocks interfere with the natural movements of the body and normal metabolic processes in organs and tissues. Actual dysfunction has the greatest impact on the body, the strongest and most active at the moment. In his work, the massage therapist has to literally break into this defense and overcome the stiffness and viscosity of tissues.. The ability to find current dysfunction and work through it leads to the effect of unlocking the client’s body, improving tissue mobility and metabolic processes. Unlocking the client greatly facilitates the work of the massage therapist and increases the effectiveness of the massage techniques used..

The ability to understand the hierarchy of dysfunctions and, based on it, create an algorithm for working out zones is the basis for the effectiveness of osteopathic techniques and an individual approach to the client. There are tests, revealing the hierarchy of dysfunctions, and development technology, giving quick and reliable results in improving a person’s condition. When working with the musculoskeletal system, in figure and posture correction, wellness and sports massage, as well as massage of internal organs, this knowledge can be easily applied by massage therapists.

There are also methods for quickly working out areas of dysfunction., based on reflex interactions and the work of the body’s nonspecific self-regulation system. These methods and techniques can organically join the technical arsenal of a massage master., increasing the efficiency of his work with the client. The program provides training in the technique of indirect approach of muscle-fascial release, recoil technique and tissue re-adaptation techniques using volumetric stretching of cavities.

Purpose of the program – development of the massage therapist’s sensitivity, training in testing the fascial layer in order to find areas of dysfunction in the client’s body, as well as technologies and techniques for working out the found areas of dysfunction and unblocking the client.

Requirements for students – practical knowledge of classical or other types of massage techniques and willingness to massage in pairs on each other to study the impact of the technique by experiencing the sensations of your body. The program can also be useful for fitness instructors, healers and specialists in body-oriented psychology.

At the workshop you will learn:

  • using palpation of the fascial layer, find areas of dysfunction and quickly work on them.
  • remove myofascial, ligamentous, joint pain and headache 1 session, improving the client's condition.
  • universal techniques for quick development – myo-fascial release, recoil and tissue re-adaptation
  • a truly individual approach to correcting the client’s health.
  • development of tissue sensitivity of the body.

Syllabus:
